1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to 999d. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 999d website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

999d reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the Platform. 3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account on 999d. Duplicate or multiple accounts for the same person are prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds. When creating your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information as required during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
• Notify 999d customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process when requested. Failure to complete KYC may result in suspended withdrawal access.

999d reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of these registration requirements may be suspended, restricted, or permanently closed, and any associated funds may be forfeited.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, 999d offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer carries specific wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements will be clearly stated on each offer page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged between accounts. Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise.

999d is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all registered players. All games available on the Platform — including live casino tables, cricket betting markets, slot machines, and card games — are governed by this fair play policy.

Players are expected to engage in all games in good faith and in accordance with the spirit of the rules. The following conduct is strictly prohibited during gameplay:

• Collusion with other players to artificially influence the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Using any software, algorithm, or device that provides an unfair competitive advantage, including card-counting programs, odds calculators not approved by 999d, or RNG prediction tools.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through known errors must be reported to support and may be reversed.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information exploitation in cricket betting or sports wagering markets on the Platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden on 999d and will result in immediate account action, including suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal referral:

• Money laundering, structuring, or any activity intended to disguise the origin of funds deposited or withdrawn through the Platform.
• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to exploit welcome bonuses, referral programs, or any other promotional scheme offered by 999d.
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy services, or any other method to circumvent geographical restrictions or to obscure your true location.
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior directed at other players, live dealers, or 999d support staff via any communication channel.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, databases, security systems, or any associated infrastructure.

999d cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. Any credible evidence of criminal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities without delay.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 999d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of 999d or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission from 999d.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999d, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

999d does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events outside our control may temporarily affect access to services. 999d shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred during such periods of unavailability.

10. Amendments to These Terms

999d reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion and without prior notice. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes have been published constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage all players to review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be referred to 999d's customer support team for an informal resolution. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to pursue resolution through the most appropriate legal channels available. 999d is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution for all players registered in Bangladesh.
